Buying One Runescape Membership Pin

As the title says. I'm looking to get a Runescape Membership pin. I only have Paypal and LibertyReserve. I don't have enough RSPG yet to afford paying with RSGP.

I don't really see how that matters when all I need it a price?
But anyways, I have $15.00 right now, but I don't want to pay so much over some card.
Most I've seen sells for $6.00 - $7.00.
