Buying partnered youtube channel

I am looking to purchase a partnered youtube channel. I dont care to much about the name, i would like it to be gamming/modding related, and have a decent amount of subs/views. I will still consider it if it doesn't have many channel views or subs. The partner ship must be active, and the subs must be real.
