I just want one so I can get a banner.
And the only way to get it is through partnership.

Most networks require that you get x amount of views average according to socialblade (http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/YOURCHANNEL)
The better networks often require 1k+ views average per day, but there are some who goes all the way down to 600.

You need to get a partnership first, such as
Machinima, Vexon, youtube etc. But you need a certain
amount of views on each of your videos to get one.

If you're getting a crazy amount of views.
Some networks will contact you, but if not, you have
to contact them via PM, Skype etc.
