Alright, here's the deal. My C&A used to work fine, now whenever I go to sniff IP's from XBL it just disconnects me from LIVE after lagging me for a bit. I have not changed anything, one day it just randomly started doing this, I use a laptop by the way, if that helps. But it has always worked before, so I don't know why it is fucking up now. Any help is appreciated. And anyone who is correct will get a hug. Over XBL.

Re-install the program, cain and able can be a bitch sometimes, but it's my favourite software since AIM. Anyway also disable you AV protection as it can prevent C&A from working properly.

this happens after not using it for awhile. Try to un-install and then re-install.
