This looks fucking stupid, every game after AW is going to be futuristic. COD franchise is now even more shittier than it was when Ghosts came out.

Welp, i'm going to buy titanfall back and say I have some leaked gameplay from Black Ops 3. I'm not buying any more of these games, honestly would rather buy Battlefront.

I really like the look of the PS3 graphic and the terminator mentality. Seriously any COD after Blops II sucks ass.

Looks okay, I can't really judge it buy a small preview. They know how to make the show look nice but it depends on how it is in game.
We all know dam well all the people who will complain about that it looks like shit will buy it on the day it comes out.
But, I do agree all COD games after BO2 sucked dick but let's see if Treyarch can make it like it is in BO2.

The only thing I like about this is the song. This game is beginning to look more and more like halo.

Looks cool, I'm not sure why everybody is complaining that it's set in the future. It's the sequel to BO2 which was set in the future so obviously it isn't going to be in the past?
It's the Black Ops timeline, get over it.

I don't play much CoD anymore, aside from zombies. I am super excited for zombies, it's one of the only things I really enjoy about CoD anymore. I like the futuristic games though and people are going to have to get used to it because CoD has basically run WWI/WWII FPS games into the ground, so they're moving on to futuristic games.

I can't wait until they exhaust this futuristic thing and are forced to either go back to WWII, or earlier and see how everybody complains. Nobody is ever happy with what they're given.

I personally don't like what I've seen so far. I think that it looks too much like Advanced Warfare and really can't have any relevance to Black Ops II when it's like 30 years even further into the future, c'mon the original heroes would all be old aged or dead by that point. However I'll just assume that this was a Campaign trailer and the Multiplayer won't feature all of the irrelevant features such as Exos etc. Besides the faults I've picked out I think zombies will be good, judging by the looks of the zombie within the trailer we'll be experiencing the old zombies experience we've loved.

The people who want the WWII gameplay back will not complain, I don't see the logic you're trying to convey. Obviously it is the timeline, and a lot of people don't like it. But then again, a lot of people do.

People have different opinions on games, so of course there will be people who don't approve of the drastic change.

I'm not sure a lot of people do want the WWII gameplay back though, I know a few do but not very many. That era has already been exhausted by CoD so I'm not sure they'll bring it back. Although I have heard rumours about a "World at War 2" that intrigued me.

What do you mean by drastic change? Call of Duty has been futuristic since 2011 when MW3 came out.
MW3 was set in 2014/2015 and had some futuristic elements and in 2012 when BO2 came out the futuristic elements become more prominent.
Since BO2 (2012) the game has been headed in that direction, as Ghosts (2013) came out and was set in a futuristic timeline and obviously Advanced Warfare (2014) was, well, Advanced. This has been a long time coming, so the change isn't drastic. It just follows the ever popular trend of futuristic warfare.

I understand that a lot of people dislike the futuristic gameplay though, but I guess they'll have to deal with it because nothing we say can change the developers minds.

No, MW3 was not futuristic. AW is futuristic. It all kicked off with AW and will continue to be in that direction. AW has the mechanics AND the gameplay while the other games did not.

As you said, I don't see how MW3 could be futuristic at all?

I'm sorry but I must say I do not think this game will be good, I won't be purchasing it obviously as I didn't even purchase the last call of duty. They are making garbage games now

Many people want the WWI & WWII setting back, including myself.

War games in General have been exhausted, yet they are still being made.

I think they should just go back to the classic play style. I would say the majority of the COD community would prefer no jetpacks and futuristic gear and what not. The black ops series so far has been good so its tough to say what will happen but I have faith in Vondy.
