Hey guys, I thought we should get the old debate over which is better going.
Personally I like both but if I had to choose I would definetly choose call of duty.
Halo has never been my favorite, but it's a decent series.

What do you guys prefer to play?

My reasons are in the other thread about is cod good. FYI I voted no so I'm going to have to say Halo,

In singleplayer terms, I prefer black ops since i can relate to it.
While multiplayer, both are fine

Cod seriously guys? You pay monthly for any fun on halo where as on cod you pay once easy win.

I've always loved the Halo series much more than CoD, ever since Halo 2. However, with the new Halo:Reach, I don't care for it at all, so I much prefer Black Ops over Reach. CoD has always been a "fun/laid back" environment for me in which I can still have do well in score by not caring that much. In contrast, Halo, I've always been a huge MLG fan, so I've always taken Halo in a competitive manner, so it's much more fun to me.

Honestly halo is a stupid franchise, it takes a whole clip to kill someone and you always start with a shield. like what the hell is the point is that? call of duty is much better although i would say cod4 is the best.

I know most people are going to say that Call of Duty is better but truly halo is just better developed. Halo 2 is the alltime best game in the world and halo 3 comes runner up. People like Call of Duty because they cant kill a guy fast enough in halo so they make excuses like: call of duty is more real, it doesnt take a million shots to kill a guy". Which is why halo is better, it is more skillful to play than COD

I like the CoD series better than the Halo series overall. However, I think that Halo 2 was the best game I've played between the two series. CoD4 would have to be the runner up.

If I were to put them in order, like the most recent posts, this would be my list:

Halo 2 > Halo 3 > CoD 4 > CoMW2 > Everything Else > Reach
