A lot of my friends call my strange as I seem to be the only one still playing Call of Duty: World at War or (CoD 5). Anyway, I argued with them that CoD 5 is better than Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (CoD 6). This is because I feel the Call of Duty series is just getting more and more unrealistic each time they make a new release, it's crazy.

Soon It wouldn't suprise me if you could use Raygun's and other non-realistic weaponry on the multiplayer mode, yes CoD 5 has a Raygun and Wunderwaffe in which are both unrealistic.

The point is, CoD, does it really have a secured future for the majority of gamers as it's getting more and more unrealistic as new versions are released? No, In my opinion.

It's about 2-3 weeks until Black ops appears on sale, of which I'm not getting due to the fact it's WAY overrated, expensive and will be hacked within the fast 30 seconds of joining a game which just ruins gameplay for the rest of us.

So to sum up, I'm basically the only person I know who thinks CoD 5 is the best in the CoD series...

I have never played call of duty. I have played one and I can't remember which one it was. But it was stupid.

It's not stupid, it's good, but it just gets more and more unrealistic which is what I don't like.

CoD2 was better than CoD5 and cod4 was better than mw2 but cod5 was probably the 3rd best IMO, but cod5 is made by people who make cod7, so i will definately buy it (already preordered)

I was thinking of pre ordering it, but If I get it, I'll just be hooked on it, forget about Stunt Landia and my most important project, this site.

I haven't actually tried CoD 1,4. I've only tried CoD 5-6.

I see what you mean, i think you should get it though because stunt landia might be on black ops, and im sure you can find the time to look after this site

If Stunt Landia were to get a black ops server, it would be on the PC, and as you said earlier, max of 32 players roughly in which case I would never be able to get on to administrate it. I don't know how it will work though, wheather Landia Network admins will get admin powers throughout the gamemode.

Perhaps there might be reserved slots, and im pretty sure we will because there are admins on WaW who have powers.

I played Call Of Duty with my friend nextlive online.. it is good game!

This game graphics is same as cod 4, but this one needs shader model 3 :///

In my opinion, CoD WaW is better than MW2. CoD 4 is better than WaW and MW2, but Black Ops beats them all.

Black ops is a clone of MW2, with balancing and new weapons etc.

It brings nothing new to the table.

It has brought a couple of new things to the table and it's not a clone. It's basically using the same game Engine. Like Cod 5 had the Cod 4 game engine with Tweaks. (I think)


btw CoD World at War is about ww2 or ww1?

Theater. Must have taken time to Code. Wager match must have took time to code. Combat training, programming the bots to work in different situations.
Theirs alot to do with a new game. Your not looking at the whole picture of how much effort has to go into it.
Your basically saying because their's not a new engine. It's nearly exactly the same. Whereas you should be saying theirs the same engine. But look how they've expanded it.

Wager match = Same as mods, nothing new.
Combat training = The bots are buggy and use aimbots, easy.

How'd you mean done before.?
Wager Match. What does it matter if Mods have done it. They have to code it from Scratch.
and Easy. I don't think you understand how much has to go into designing a Game ?
