I bought an award from someone, and I tried contacting Philly to have the rest completed. I've been trying to talk to him about the award for hours now, but it seems like it's basically impossible. Lol can anybody else handle this or is Philly the only one?

only philly can do transfers for awards, what award did you purchase?

I bought one off of @Luxury . It was a blank award. Lol
