Can anyone recommend someone who can design sick myBB skins for a cost?

I've tried Johnny S already and he's not doing any atm.

I recommend looking at Audentio. They have some kickass designs, and I am sure you could ask someone to make you a custom one. But it won't be cheap.

I've looked at the general skin websites, prices seem a little high for my liking. I am looking to pay around $100-150.

Have you tried going to MySkins and asking there? They have some themes over there that are pretty nice. Reasonable prices as well.
