I believe that legalizing marijuana would not be a positive move. It is still a drug even though it comes from a plant. While smoking marijuana your mind becomes impaired. It heightens some senses while it dulls others. Driving for instance would be a disaster for someone smoking marijuana. Your reflexes are not the same as they would be if you were sober and it only takes a moment for something to happen on the freeway or even down the street. Whatever you are doing while high, all your concentration is on it and you aren't very aware of anything else around you and this can cause accidents and threaten your life in many ways.
