No you cannot, to leave feedback you actually need to pay for an item before leaving feedback

Don't bother with the site I linked above; I read the thread wrong. The site above makes feedback for a larger generator.

The only way is to get a friend to buy a bunch of 1 cent goods and say you shipped it.. Then he leaves a bunch of positive feedback.

Only thing I can think of is this as well, there is no way unless you jut steal someone's ebay which I don't recommend
