Can you please remove me from DWC? The kid still hasn't refunded me after 2 months!

Yo wtf i got banned for "False Advertisement" and i get unbanned once i refund the person. He STILL has not refunded me and I am about to just reverse the chargeback. Can I instead just be removed from DWC and I will not charge back? I also posted a legit scam report on Cole and it just got closed, and nothing even happened to Cole. NOT EVEN DWC or a fucking warning. What is up with the Admins and Mods? They wont even take responsibility to fess up to what they did.

um, correction it is actually 2 times. First time is when i scammed, second is this. . And fine i am charging back now Jimmy it is all fine!

Well if it's a second offense then you will be stuck in DWC forever. The Offenses are:
First Time: 1 month
Second Time: Permanent
Turboing a Gamertag: 1 year
