If you're even thinking about creating a 'successful' gaming forum... don't. You would be wasting your time.

Just because your forum isn't successful doesn't mean you have to put people down.

Also, I said "We" not just me.

Excuse me? TruGaming.net was successful, until I removed the site from the Internet due to a lack of commitment.

99.9% of gaming forums created, fail. Everyone has begun to try and become as 'successful' as big gaming forums such as TheTechGame etc, but in reality, it's just not going to happen.

I'm not trying to "put people down". I'm simply trying to help them from wasting their time.

It "was" successful. Ok. But look at it now, it's motherfucking malicious. And to be honest, that is putting someone down. You're saying to tell them not make a gaming site. It's possible for it to be successful. Also, that's not wasting their time. It can actually start some people out on wanting to learn to code. So yeah, you tell me that's not putting people down?

Yes... "was". It's not 'malicious', it's a false error which is in the process of being resolved.

You're twisting the context of my wordings; it's a waste of time either way in my opinion, that's all I'm saying.

1. A general forum is not a good idea. I think you should push to a specific niche. Your success rate would be alot better. Research is on your side. Fins a good unsaturated niche that you know about, and than worry about a name.

2. I suggest a cod forum over a gaming. There are much less cod forums than gaming forums.
