Can you transfer iTunes Money?

I have money in iTunes that I don't need, is there any way I can transfer the money to a friends iTunes account, or buy for example an iTunes Gift Card or certificate with the balance I have?

Don't think so, you could give him the account but in order to transfer it the balance has to be $0.00

U can't transfer balance , why u not give him ur account for auth on his Itunes
