CANT CLEAR PMS

I'm having trouble with clearing my PMS, when I delete the PMS, they don't remove PM space, I think its just a pm glitch, then I ask someone to pm me, and they can't because I reached my pm quota, even if I deleted all of the PMs.​

I checked in all folders, I have 99% space left, I deleted all messages I am on mobile if that explains anything.
