Why cant i give anyone rep? all it says is that i can view details of a person's rep and see what reps they have given. I KNOW that it is not because of DWC because the last time i had it i could still give reps. Anyone know?

Not sure, but if Sig rights can be taken away i'm guessing rep can too, not sure though.

Well, maybe it is because you're in the DWC user-group.
Philly or Christy could have changed the group permissions at any given time. I don't see any other reason why you wouldn't be able to give rep.
