This may or may not be a very stupid question. But I am unable to make a new thread in the Gamertag Market section. Is it because I'm not onyx member or something? Please let me know!

Regular members can no longer make threads in the Gamertags section, sorry.

Yes. You need to be upgraded to make a thread in the gamertag section now.
