I read somewhere that no more koins were being generated. Just the one's from posting and donations... I doubt staff will be handing out koins.

Still not seeing any of this clearly... In this arguement I'm staying neutral but according to what @Philly says if it hasn't been 24 or 48hrs since the transaction than nothing can really be done. It's not considered a scam unti; after that time is up. If you still feel you've been scammed after that than, make a report and neg rep the shit out of him but as of now I kinda feel like the entire forum is bashing on this kid. After all it takes up to 48hrs for an upgrade to be applied and who knows, this kid could be a rich fuck that doesn't now how to spend his money and so he's handing out upgrades? Everybody stop jumping to conclusions. Until the 48hrs are past I really don't want to see anything else about this, it's annoying as fuck, there's already been several threads/posts about this topic.
