"Capitals Scamming Spree" LOL

Okay so lately you all have been believing and neg repping me calling me a "Scammer" well let me tell you what a scammer is for people that just don't know. A scammer is a person who says they will do something and makes you go first then jacks your stuff and never sends nothing back. now did i meet the requirements to technically be called a "Scammer"
1. Did i offer something? YES
2. Did i make you send first? YES
3. Did i back off and not deliver? NO
What did i tell everysingle one of you it would take up to 48 HOURS. if you do not know how long 48 hours is it is 2 days. So for people to start going on my rep and start neg repping me because they have not gotten there upgrade yet is STUPID. It has not even been 1 whole day yet actually.
Then this was the funniest of them all @Eminem NEGGED ME AND HE DID NOT EVEN SEND ME A KOIN OR ASK FOR AN UPGRADE LOL.

Anyways i decided to pull back on the upgrades because of the way you guys were acting i will do more upgrades and giveaways in the future but you guys seriously need 2 chill this got blown way out of proportions.

i will be sending koins back to everyone that participated. If you did not get your koins yet don't worry they will be there soon.

@Meme ffs? and naw yo sorry and dont blame it on me you guys dont get the upgrade blame it on people like @Eminem For being stupid and constantly pming me and posting on my threads when hes not even participating in the giveaways lol. but like i said i will for sure do more giveaways in the future. just pm me if you got questions of when they are

If you managed to read the rules you'd actually find out that backing out of a giveaway is still scamming if you've taken a payment or someone has won and you backed out.

If I promised you that if you gave me 1 Koin you'd receive full upgrades hypothetically from me and I never upgraded you but I kept your Koin, that's scamming.
If I bought something off of you by going first and you never gave me the item, that's scamming.

You don't have to actually complete a deal then pull something back to be classed as a scammer. You should receive a temporary ban.

@Chilli it was going to take up to 2 days to recive the item so i was never scamming them they just had 2 wait 2 days that was all they just jumped to conclusions.

I think your intention was to scam, you thought you could get away with this yet it failed and wasted everyone's time and got there hopes up for upgrading, people will try and stay away with you from now I'm guessing, he gave me my koins back but he though he could get away with me because I'm new. @Meme tbh if i was trying to scam i would have never sent them back nor even been on fk i would have layed low like 4 days and let this this blow over but i did not because im not a dick and scam people like @Shiver like i said you just had 2 wait 2 days thats all In fact to make up for this im going to do a kik give away with no fee tbh im sorry for all the confusion guys.

If you give something away you don't take payment, therefore, it's not free nor a giveaway!
