Car Buying Advice

I currently own a newer Nissan Altima but I want to trade it in. I'm debating between A BMW 3 Series or 06-12 Dodge Charger. I really love Chargers from their body style to the power behind it but on the other hand Bimmers are stylish and head turners. Both are awesome cars imo. Chargers have some transmission problems tho.

Anyways, which do you prefer ? If you or your parents, friends, relatives own any of the two, let me know the problems they commonly have. I would appreciate it :)

Neither, look more into a Subaru Impreza WRX (STI if you have boot), Audi A4s, Lancers (Again EVO if you have boot), or things of that such. Can help you if needed.

Don't get American cars or bullshit "luxury sport" cars. If you want speed, handling, looks, and reliability then get a true import. Can tune to your hearts desire for speed or MPG, or can put all the money into looks and have an actual head turner.

That 300 HP AWD rally car will smoke the 400 HP RWD wannabe street queen any day.

Lol a bmw 3 series being a head turner? ok yah no.

Ive had experience with both a charger and 3 series . Go with the charger , the power is fun . 3 series is NOT a head turner unless you live in a 3rd world country
Chargers are awesome but I don't think you have seen a 2015 white BMW 3 Series yet. The interior is super clean and handles like a champ, even with a v 4 2l engine. 1990 3 series yes, 2013-15 no. I respect your opinion though.

Thanks man, appreciate your post. My buddy has a Subaru Impreza hatchback and I like It to be honest. But, he thought he was in Fast & Furious and blew the transmission in a drag race lol

LOL funny thing is that I actually do own one , a 2015 white 3 series actually .

But nevermind I thought you were talking about an older 3 series . Go with the 2015 3 series

That's awesome man, I am really impressed with the 2015. How long have you owned the car and how many miles have you put on it so far ?

Early last year , and im not sure . No problems at all so far , really reliable and comfortable . Also owned a 2014 Charger and that was more of a head turner than the 3 series . Idk but if you decide to look for a charger go for the rt with the hemi.

I completely agree with you on the 2011-14 body style, clean as they come. The 2015-16 models are not really my taste. I test drove a 06 RT in the summer and those cars get up quick, no doubt.

I love BMW, but i'd go with the charger, I love their body style and they have ALOT of power. Not sure if you're into modding out cars like I am

I agree, they do have a lot of power behind them. I read somewhere in the summer the SRT8 is the smartest choice when looking for power and style in a sedan

He has an 06, it's all black and has no other exterior mods. It's a really nice looking car.

I wouldn't doubt it man. I really like the fact it is blacked out while being an SRT8. Might look into those as well haha

Whats your budget ? You can pm me it if you want

I bought my Altima but this time around I would lease the BMW with a 4G down payment. If I don't, the 4G would go towards the older model charger Charger as a down payment and finance the rest. I live in Chicago and they recently passed this bill that makes leasing more easy and affordable. Idk yet lol
