Thank you, I've been vectoring for less than a year, I'm not too exact though.
I tried to make the bridge of her nose not too noticeable, but maybe I could add more shadows on it.

Did you use Live Trace to help you at all? Like start with a base from that, clear unnecessary elements, and add some gradients? Or something along the lines of http://vector.tutsplus.com/tutorials/tools-tips/quick-tip-rapid-vector-portrait-process/ + gradients in the hair.

I have my own special technique which I am only teaching my pupil so that he can overcome me in the area of graphics.
