Censor the russian letter "е".

Why? Because if anybody feel like it, they can make a new account named "Thе Elite". As long as it is spelled with a Russian "е" it will get through the database. Not sure it this is already taken care of. But if not, I suggest you to do so. "Maxiе" can also be copied, thats why I am worried xD.
Edit: There is also like 9 ways to copy "The Elites" name.

You can't copy and paste in Runescape, so might be hard. And Jagex might have censored it. I know Blizzard did.

Might also be 5. But Jagex changed it, there were no limit before. Not sure now.
