Change Help Documents on Rep

I was just reading the Help Documents and saw that the rules on reputation are in conflict with what The Elite said.

In the Help Documents, it says:

Reputation can NOT be:

• 
  * Bought
  * Sold
  * Asked for
  * Flame

People found doing so WILL be warned, limited, banned or have all their reputation removed accordingly.

Reputation can be reported for the following reasons:

• 
  
  *Asked for
  * Bought
  * Sold
  * Gang -repping
  * Flaming
  * Lying

However, The Elite said

You can now ask for reputation.
