Change Help Documents on Rep

I was just reading the Help Documents and saw that the rules on reputation are in conflict with what The Elite said.

In the Help Documents, it says:
However, The Elite said
You can now ask for reputation.

Very good catch Life. I don't even need to support this because it's obviously going to be updated .
