Change Netflix region?

Does anyone know how to change your netflix region on xbox so I can watch Canadian netflix? I know there used to be a way to do it with your DNS settings but idk how to anymore. My netflix account is Canadian and the new update makes it so I can see both USA and Canadian titles, but if I try to play them it says "Title is unavailable for your region."

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I didnt even know that was possible. Or would it change what shows are on? What they need to do is bring back party mode.
