Change the topic of the forums

Yo niggs,

I think we should change the topic of this forums. Runescape is dumb now, and I think we should move towards a different topic slowly. I think we should allow more programming discussion.

Something to make this place unique, we all know that when novacrux's bot gets more popular this forums is going down as far as rs hacking wise. We need to find something. I have already seen multiple of our members going over there for the simple fact this this place is not fun anymore.

When I first joined this place was the shit, now I barely ever come on here anymore.

Completely support this. Give me access to the admin CP and I'll hook you up with some good forum headers.

But seriously you should shift towards a general theme and have runescape as a subforum if you want to see any growth at all.

We have other sections, and none are active at all..
