Most good name's are taken, so people wont be suggesting fairly decent name's.
What I tend to do is, Google search "Rare/Random" word's and Ect, or even words in a different language, there are some quite decent name's still out there its just a case of trial and error

If you bot a good choice is to do a common word that starts with an I but instead use a lowercase L so that when people try to report you they will report the wrong person. So for example, Impossible would be lmpossible.
