Character Evading

So i just received a warning for character evading and had no idea what character evading was or that it was not permitted, whatever you live and learn. My question is , will my warning eventually go down or is it set forever? Thanks.

Just drag on things
Instead of saying "Goodjob man!"
Write "This was a very good job man, keep up the good work"

Seems so stupid but it works =)
