I know this is a small suggestion, and I don't know if it has been suggested. It is instead of a minimum of 25 characters it should be lowered to 15 or 20.

The reason I say this is because other people and I sometimes writing to short. So we either have to make it uselessly longer or say (25 characters)

Just a small suggestion.

Saying "(25 Characters)" or anything of the sort is against the rules, and is classified as character evasion.

If anything it should be raised, not lowered. Is it honestly that hard to type 25 characters? No.

In fact, the following sentences all have 25 characters:

My favorite color is red.

My birthday is in August.

It is only 25 characters.

I love the smell of poop.

Congratulations! You win.

That's the way I like it.

Wow. That wasn't so hard.

This is actually a pretty good point.

I agree with @Jason that it should actually be raised. I like when people write their full opinion, not just a fraction of it.

I'd say that we raise it to 35, if anything. 25 is almost nothing.

Vouch for Jason, this is true.

^also 25 chars. Even more proof he's not bullshitting.

I don't think it should be raised though, it's not really of any use.

25 characters is so small, it's ridiculous. You don't need to post just to say "lol" or something similar.

Why are you fools all agreeing with @"Jason"? Some of those sentences actually do not have 25 characters. *facepalm*

This is true. But counting all of the letters, correct punctuation, and spacing, they are all twenty five characters. However, I do not believe spacing is counted (kindly correct me if I am wrong). My point was simply simply stated; the 25 character post count limitation should not be lowered. The examples were for shits and grins.

Here's an example of a post that MyBB would consider 25 characters. It's still very bland and simple.

Thank you. Please come again.
