Unfortunately no. If you're that cautious make them buy a MP card. :)

I usually do but have no one to redeem it right now lol

Yes make them send money as gift.
Even if they send as gift they're still able to chargeback, so GOR to answer your question I don't believe you're able to prevent chargebacks

What if like right when you receive it you send it to someone else who later sends back to you

Alright so let's say he sends it to your main, then your main sends it to a dummy account, then the guy chargesback it'll take the money he's charging back from your main, thus taking money you no longer have on your main, making it that now your main has negative balance

Anytime, if you ever need anything else feel free to shoot me a PM

I always have them send as gift with a note stating the following:

"I am paying for a virtual item which I have all ready received and am content with"

that way they can't say "oh the seller made me send as gift and I never received it"

And then they admit they were buying a virtual item so it violates the TOS and makes it rather hard to file a dispute

Just make then send to dummy account. Then your dummy will go negative, which won't matter. Or use mp. Other than that, chargebacks are inevitable.

I don't think there's any way to prevent people from charging back. Even if they send as gift, they can still charge back.
