Child Abuse in Asia Mother Kicks Child to Ground

In Shibuya station in Asia Japan, a mother shouts at her child to shut up and stop crying, taking her hand and kicking her in the head, dragging her daughter across the station.
The person in the video shouts "We got it on video" "We're calling the cops" but does nothing else.

What do you think? What would you do if you were in their situation?​
 
I find it kinda sad. It's like, they're just reliving their Karate nature. lol

Woahhh this kind of stuff is so messed up. I thought we were worse here in the US but i guess im wrong. sad
