ingredients:
175 g of black chocolate
30 g butter
4 eggs
80 g sugar
1 shot of cherry liqueur, rum or brandy
chocolate chips
preparation:
Undo the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring with care. Once destroyed, add sugar and beaten egg yolks slowly while stirring. Then add the liqueur.
Cool and, meanwhile, mounted the egg whites until stiff and add them to chocolate and mix well. Divide the mousse into individual glasses and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours at least.
Finally, garnish with chocolate chips and if you want, with mint leaves.
