Clean up the marketplace

[Plague]

Things that really need to be cleaned up:

• Appraisals on sales threads, gets really irritating.
• People posting threads to buy in the sales sections (Other than the GT market of course, even though it would help there too)
• Sales thrashing
• Should make a sticky in the Market Korner about offsite deals and how to confirm identity onsite beforehand.
• Should make a subforum in the Premium Market for groups/awards sales
• Official MM might make things a little easier for some, and limit scams.

I will add to this list if I think of anything else.
