Must not have a bank account already attached
Must have your real information
Must not have a mobile number attached
Must not have touched the steps to unlimit it
Must have at least $300 in your limited PayPal.
No matter what, I take an upfront payment of BTC, and take 60% of everything that comes out. I don't care if you think my rates are garbage, these services aren't easy to come by.
Oh, and since this takes up alot of my time, I don't do it unless I profit $150+, so if you contact me for anything less you're getting negative repped and ignored.
