1.Get an image or a few images you like and merge them together.
2.Then make a new layer and add some text.
3.Next make sure the image layer is on top and right-click it and select create clipping mask.
4.Then align the image as desired behind the text.
5.Lower the opacity of the image so the text is visible(optional some texts arent as fancy as the one i use)
6.Another option which I will use is going to blending options on the text layer and adding a stroke.
