be sure to use a middleman next time; and I've seen these type of deal where one claims "frozen" paypal during the deal and it's usually a scam. sometimes it's legit though.. give him some time to come on here and explain his side.

also, @maximum please take screenshots/proof of this transaction so staff can take this with serious regards.

Yes, I had and still have the funds. However, I am currently in a PayPal dispute, and my account has been frozen and limited. I sent him a screenshot of it being frozen a few days ago. I didn't scam you over $12. Give me some time please. The dispute has just started 2 days ago, so if it goes well, my account should be back to normal within 10 days. I'm sorry this had to happen at the worst time.

The dispute didn't start till about 2 days ago, so it wasn't frozen until then.

Understandable, but I had all the means to pay, it was just unlucky a dispute was opened before I had the chance to pay. My PayPal is still frozen as the dispute is still going on, but as soon as its over, I will pay the OP

He sent it to me 11/2, however, when he first sent it to me, the first day the program wasn't even opening, so he walked me though, telling me to delete some file. Once I could open the program, it was telling me pretty much every tumblr username I ran was open. He explained it would only happen once in a great while, but it was happening for my entire list pretty much. And after going back and forth of talking, it brought us to 11/4, when I was ready to pay, and then I had an open dispute.
