You should make it so we can Open threads we have closed. But if a staff member closes it, it cant be re-opened unless staff opens it.

When I close a thread, it wont let me re-open it saying " Its been closed by a moderator. Can we make it so I can re-open threads?
No because you don't know how annoying it is when we close threads and members open them back up. This was a major problem in the past and will not be brought back.

Isnt there a way to make it so if a User closes their thread they can re-open it, but if staff closes it you cant re-open it?

I understand the problem, but what you just said did not answer his post in any way, shape, or form.

I've seen this on a forum before, it is indeed possible.

It should be implemented then. It would make so much sense.

My bad, change question to post and reread what I said. I don't think you understand anything going on in this thread so let me explain it to you so you can comprehend it.

If I close my thread and want to reopen it I can't. I would be told that my thread was closed by a moderator even though it was actually closed by me.

I see that and understand that, but to my knowledge there is no way to make it so that users can re-open threads they closed, but not threads a staff member closed, which is why I stated that this feature will not be brought back because it can be a real nuisance when we close threads and users re-open them.
