It is now my habit to drink hot water alternatively with plain water after my doctor advise me to do so. During hot days, I drink plain normal water, no ice please and not even straight from the ice box. Hot water helps in keeping me fit by burning bad fats in the body and aids in digestion and absorption of my food intake. So far, I have gotten used to it and I don't ask for cold drinks no matter hot the day is! I thought I couldn't do this but, wow I did it and I am more healthy and fit than before!
