Community Ban a user.

I know it sounds stupid when you first read the title, But there are certain people who are on the forums that Piss off literally everyone.

I suggest something where we can :

1. Warn the user.
2. Ban the user.

It would obviously need a staff to "ok" the choice of the community..

I guess it would be like a court :3

Also, I am aware this is a stupid idea, Just thinking.

I think that just because a group of people don't like a person because of their beliefs would get stuck somewhere in-between this.
Users are welcome to stay here as long as they follow the rules, and if the rules are broken they are warned until they are banned or learn their lesson.
