Community Warning: Design - UID "43418"

This is currently just a warning to NOT DEAL with the user "Design".

While Leader decided to go on a week-long vacation, Design thought that he would be clever and charge back on a $130.00 USD payment for a gamertag. Proof will be provided once Leader returns home and has access to his computer.

He was banned for charging back recently. So, this is no surprise that'd he'd attempt to do it again.

As for now: DEAL WITH CAUTION (or just don't deal at all)!​
