He just told me over Skype that he is going to attempt pulling back Instagrams, So if you bought something from him, perhaps take an extra minute to secure them a little better. Just figured I would let everyone know what he just said, just in case this can help anyone.

I doubt he is. Not that I know him, but if you were just banned on a forum you spent money on, you'd be pretty mad, and you'd try and get as much money back, as you could.
