If you are not behind a static IP configured router try this

Open Command prompt type the following

Code:

ipconfig release

Press enter and then type this.

Code:

ipconfig renew

then press enter

and try to get on your forums.

I know something you could do! Instead, of contacting ISP and using VPN. Just download ProXPN then connect it chanegs your IP then get on the forums. I use it all the time
