Contact Form

I noticed when I was banned, the contact form wasn't open for banned members. Isn't part of the purpose of the contact form for banned members to contact Admins.

I think it should be opened to any users, regardless banned or limited.

Thoughts ?

I support this, how else will people contact staff.

Ya without making multiple accounts and breaking the rules theres no way to contact staff

Log out and you can use it, you don't need to be logged in to make a contact form about an account.
