The man had a past and was reported that day to have been armed with a gun and knife. and the reason for reaching down was he leg got stuck on the seat-belt.
this was last year but as of this year the cop got reinstated

yes he died and the family was super unhappy i would be as well cause he really didnt do anything yet again he wasnt standing still he kept moving

if the man killed was someone close to you would that change your opinion? Why were no warning shots fired? Why did the cop shoot 11 times? Better be safe than sorry? Well now this guys family is going to be sorry because the cop wrongfully shot their relative. This could have been handled better. Nobody had to die.
