I was going to attend Magic city comic con last weekend but I actually ended up having to work.
I've got my Ryuko swords all done for kill la kill cosplay Preview ;)
and am currently working on my bunny body suit for Bunny version of Clear from dramatical murder.
Do any of you attend cons or cosplay? I've been doing so for a long time and never really thought to ask FK.
This year for metrocon I will be Asami from LOK, genderbend Dante from DMC3, June from The last airbender, Clear, and Ryuko.
I finished my teen titan raven dress but the cloak started to become a pain in the ass and meh.

What have you dressed up as? or want to dress up as?
Since I make my costumes from scratch I have to work on them months prior x.x My equalist glove is coming along nicely though :3

Also any suggestions are welcome too c:

Never done any cosplay, or attended any cons. But I love both of them a lot from a viewer standpoint. You should try to cosplay Ahri next from lol, I love playing as her.

I've been to one, I think they're pretty cool and so is cosplaying. I suck at making stuff though lol so I could never cosplay and I wouldn't want to wear something someone else created tbh

Im in Florida, maybe I can go with you to a con m8

The next big-big con I will be attending is Metro in June. It's in Tampa and I already reserved a room. Hopefully you end up going!

@Random aw, muffin. That's the point of cosplaying. You aren't supposed to look like the character, you're suppose to turn yourself into them :3
I'm way tooo tan to genderbend Dante from DMC but no fucks are given lol

Thank you though :3 -hugs-l

I've met a girl last semester in my art class who does cosplay and i think it's pretty cool. Some girl looks so hot, but depends on the outfit they're wearing.
I've always wanted to go to a comic con just for the experience of it and I could've went last semester but I had class :( it was in the city too but hopefully they'll come back.
I didn't actually think you cosplay but show us a pic of you in KLK outfit lol

Noted! Currently working on Erza from Fairy Tail because her costume is going to be worn in 3 weeks. However, when we migrate to the others I will post progress / WIP pics! ^^

I think Erza is a decent choice off Fairy Tail I used to be really into cosplay before, I would try to be Obito Tobi style back in the day, cosplay takes way to much dedication and resources as well as many, I don't think it should be a hobby for someone who needs to save money but that's my opinion but indeed it's an incredible feeling to be there, went to MetaCon before was epic

Lol the reason I'm broke is because I spend all my leftover money on props, fabric, and random shit I can't return xD Then you have the ticket, travel expense, hotel, etc. I don't go to many cons but when I do....

It really is a ton of fun though. I think the longest it's taken me to make a costume was 8 months for Gears of war Anya x.x

[ I've always wanted to turn myself into this one character that I can't remember the name of for the life of me. Thing is I'm not creative with fabric and I always end up cuttng myself accidentally. it's annoying :(

PS. Teach me your ways on the cookie ^.^

What a coincidence, I just finished Kill La Kill on Netflix. I've thought about going, but never have. My uncle is usually the one to attend these events with a group of buddies. They invited me to cosplay as Soldier from Final Fantasy 7, but at the time I had school to focus on. Maybe one day.
