Could I sell a swapper? (Not a turbo)

Lets say.. I made a program that swaps/changes the username for you for (trading/buying purposes only). It is limited to only working for 10 seconds at the most. NO more than that, that way it can't run continuously and cause damage to others. After the 10 seconds stop you have to wait 5 secs before restarting again. It would be such a pain in a ass that it could never be abused.

Would I be allowed to sell this on the forum? It wouldn't be called anything related to a Turbo either.

Prolix SM swapper or something similar to that.

Anyways.. if somebody could answer that I would appreciate it.

What if I made it so.. you would have to click a button everytime you wanted to swap? Then It doesn't have an automatic setting anymore..

That could work, though I could just make a simple script to click that button repeatedly, or something of the sort.

Honestly, I think the selling of turboers should be allowed, not saying I condone them it's a shitty thing to do, but if you're going to get them you're going to get them, and FK needs more members and activity so yeah...

This can easily be done. I'm not exactly sure on how It will for sure, I would have to think about it carefully and play around with the a code a little. It would be a first though I believe.

I have finally begun working on this project. I am still looking for an answer though if this will be allowed for sale.

It will support Gamertag, Instagram, and Twitter. This will not have turbo capabilities it will only be able to swap for that instant second you click the button.

If it is not allowed I will take this else wear or sell off-site.

This still doesn't prevent it. Someone could easily make a normal macro to click the button to start the swap / Turbo how ever many times they want.

No.. because there are two logins. This would throw up an error and crash the program.

One login for the fresh silver..

One login for the Primary account its already on.

I'm all for it but I don't think it'll be able to be sold here. You should contact @Philly and ask him he's the one with the final call. I would be interested in testing / running a beta if you release one and if it works good I'll pick it up for sure.

and I'll think about. If I can sell on-site I will give 1 or two vouch copies. If not then people will just have to buy off-site.

I like the idea, but to my knowledge the only way to change your gamertag (without the free name change) is on the console. Unless MS has updated it recently.

Yes, like @feature said, you have to be on an Xbox to change a gamertag on an account that doesn't have a free name change.

& I have a question. They gamertag on account A would claim the gamertag on account B, vice versa? Also, would it have to be a fresh silver, with a free name change?

Quick question, you have a xbox account " swapper " in your Gyazo, but i was under the impression you aren't able to change your Gamertag from xbox.com, or anything like that since tinker was eliminated with the change from Microsoft points to Microsoft currency? Xbox shouldn't be including in this " swapper " because of this. Just to adapt what FeaR was saying, you should have this tested ( when complete ) against actual turbo programs ( whether offsite or not they are still part of this marketplace ) to see if this even makes a difference and can beat out a turbo that continuously is trying to grab the name.

Idk, seems pointless to have a rule against turboing users gamertags, but then to allow the sale of turbos on site.

I was not aware that you could not change the gamer tag on Xbox.com even if you had Microsoft points.. Guess this would be pointless then..
