I just used forgot password on it and I was able to send a forgot password link to your email so clearly it is not on a fresh. I have tested pulling back a twitter and I just did this a couple of days ago.

Theres no such thing as a fresh on a twitter if the confirmation link was sent to an actual email upon creation it can be pulled back. Good luck selling this
