Name is copyrighted with legal documents, the name will not be changed throughout an eternity, if you don't like the name then it's your opinion, just leave the thread without flaming.

I signed legal papers with my local council, I'm very sure that's meaning it's trademarked.


EDIT: Thread is closed, we have everyone we were looking for, we'll possibly reopen sometime in the near future.
