Now that we all pretty much know BBB Is FatBoy, (Unconfirmed), I think Crook is BBB. Just look at it this way; Crook and BBB are both always mobile, Crook is a spammer like BBB, and Crook hosted a contest, and guess who won? BBB Won. Crook is most likely BBB's other account, and hes trying to get himself a good reputation. and If Crook isnt even BBB, they're still mega-butt-buddies.

You're obviously using 2 different phones/ipod and different WiFi hot-spots for both. That might not be the case, but BBB is FatBoy and Crook. Hes being really secure using different systems ATM.

It is believable that BBB is FatBoy, considering he hasn't said he is not.
I don't know about Crook and BBB being the same person though.
