Plus he isn't allowed to sell it to you on this site did he ? its a turboer and its 100% against the rules to sell them here.

this guy opened a join.me showed me the program worked then closed it and said im opening a scam report. i can just refund him cause i CBF dealing with this non-sense but ah what a waste of $18.

You were already warned once for selling it on site. Once he shows proof of you selling it on site, I don't think staff will like that good luck.

The person who MADE the rule is banned now for scamming, it was never an official rule to begin with it was just @beware spreading his wings(he had the product aswell? xD) as you can see on the thread itself. philly never approved the rule into the site as @michael was the one who told me i can sell it here way back.
